Tom De Reu has been active in the international plastic recycling market for nearly 2 decades holding various positions within the recycling industry. In 2007 Tom started as Business Development Manager of Gemini Corporation NV.
Tom was responsible for the development of the North-and South American, Australian, European, and African markets as sourcing areas for recycled materials (plastics/metals/rubber/wood). One of the main objectives during this period was to identify and develop new end uses for recycled plastics both in Asia and EU. Tom has been a guest speaker on several American conferences on the overall topic of plastic recycling. Tom joined Freepoint Eco-Systems as part of the European Development team, with a focus on the supply chain.
