ISCC PLUS self-declaration for Point of Origin for waste and residues Version 2.0, as of 30 September 2025

Reference is hereby made to each agreement entered into from time to time between Freepoint Eco-Systems Supply & Trading LLC (“Freepoint Eco-Systems”) and a named counterparty (in each case, “Seller”) in respect of deliveries of plastic waste by Seller to Freepoint Eco-Systems (each, an “Agreement”). To the extent that an Agreement, by its terms, incorporates the ISCC PLUS self-declaration for Point of Origin for waste and residues for deliveries of plastic waste (the “Self-Declaration”), the terms of such Self-Declaration appearing on this page shall be considered to be accepted by Seller, and incorporated into such Agreement, as and when specified in such Agreement.

If the Self-Declaration is incorporated into an Agreement, it shall be considered accepted as of the effective date of that Agreement. If the Self-Declaration is incorporated by reference into an Agreement in respect of which deliveries of plastic waste will occur over a period exceeding twelve (12) months, then unless Seller notifies Freepoint Eco-Systems otherwise in writing at least twelve (12) days before the end of such 12-month period (in such case, a “Declaration Termination”), the Self-Declaration Form in respect of such Agreement will automatically renew for the following 12-month period; provided, that notwithstanding anything in any agreement to the contrary, upon its receipt of a Declaration Termination from Seller in respect of an Agreement, Freepoint Eco-Systems shall have the right to terminate such Agreement, and not be obliged to receive further deliveries under such Agreement, any time after the commencement of such following 12-month period.

Freepoint Eco-Systems will update the Self-Declaration posted on this page as and when required by ISCC. Sellers are responsible for reviewing the Self-Declaration periodically.
