Mark Worden

Mark Worden currently serves as General Counsel for Freepoint Eco-Systems’ domestic and international operations. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Worden possesses a wide range of expertise, including a focus in regulatory compliance, commodities trading and physical operations. Mr. Worden began his career at the international law firm NortonRoseFulbright, where his practice focused primarily on corporate transactions, finance and insolvency matters. Mr. Worden then transitioned in-house to Motiva Enterprises LLC, where he served as the lead commercial counsel for operations and then served as the lead counsel for Motiva Trading LLC (now Saudi Aramco Trading), where he managed all legal aspects of the business. Mr. Worden has also served in General Counsel and Regional Counsel roles for several other international commodities trading and operating companies. Mr. Worden holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance, a Masters of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.
